Getting set up is simple. Make sure the following are in place so your BMW can communicate seamlessly with our team:
- An active BMW ConnectedDrive account for your BMW.
- A vehicle assigned to your BMW ID, either in the My BMW App or on the My BMW portal.
- Personal data registered under your BMW ID — current phone number, email, and preferred BMW Center.
- Consent to the Privacy Policy in the vehicle and to communications from BMW.
- Push notifications enabled in the My BMW App for even easier contact.
